The CRE is for leaders who know their work shapes not only their own futures but also makes tangible their commitment to creating environments where justice, equity, and opportunity can flourish. Leadership can feel isolating, especially when balancing the weight of representation and the demand for impactful results. The Collaborative is designed to be more than a program—it’s a sanctuary for bold ideas, candid conversations, and the collective pursuit of excellence. Let’s redefine what leadership looks like—together. Session 1 meets January 16, 2025, and space is intentionally limited to foster meaningful collaboration.
