CRE VISION Our collective support will amplify voices of BIPOC leaders, their communities and constituencies, extending our social impact. This collective impact will create a more peaceful, just world where each person leads a fulfilling life and embraces the dignity and humanity of others. - Participate in a professional, cross-sector community of connection, affirmation and inspiration with “executive-” and “mid-level” BIPOC leaders and potentials who share similar challenges as you. - Extend your impact to other fields and benefit from a wider range of problem-solving approaches and perspectives. - Engage within a safe, confidential space where you can be your authentic self and share your leadership challenges. Share your expertise and gain professional insights, tools, strategies and frameworks from a certified leadership coach and cohort members. DETAILS WHO “Executive-” and “mid-level” leaders and potentials who identify as BIPOC in any industry or field. WHERE Private online meeting room. WHEN Every 3 weeks for 90 minutes at 6:00 PM EST. WHAT Sessions include individual and collaborative work to clarify individual leadership effectiveness and goals. This may include processing space, time for concrete problem-solving, goal-setting and accountability for actionable next steps, new tools and strategies to lead more effectively, etc. -- all within a confidential space. ** "Session 1 | Transform Your Path" is a pre-requisite to this course (complimentary.) Please choose ONE Session 1 date to attend via the Book Online page.** COST $650 (Discounted rate for Spring '24 cohorts ONLY.) A minimum of 4 participants are required to run this session. Due to the participatory nature of this work and the limited number of seats, please prioritize attending this session. *NOTE* This coaching collaborative is held in accordance with the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics; therefore, participants commit to maintain strict confidentiality.
