The Collaborative for Radical Excellence II (CREII) | COHORT 1

This is a “by invitation only” group of incredibly talented and inspiring African-American leaders with whom I’ve had the enormous privilege to coach and work. I hope that together we’ll create a special community that we seldom (if ever) find elsewhere to support and affirm who we are and what we do. Our Collaborative will make possible what we otherwise could not do alone by collectively harnessing the untapped potential within us made possible through our lived experiences and intersectional identities as BIPOC, not in spite of them; too often, these identities have been weaponized as barriers to our thriving. This Collaborative will celebrate and honor these identities by mining the unique and precious assets we possess because of them. Our Collective will serve as a space of creativity, vulnerability, (re)discovery, *joy* and synergy, empowering us to live and lead authentically with greater clarity, confidence, fortitude and wisdom. Our amplified voices will hasten change to create a world we know is possible — one in which each person is born into a life of equal dignity and unlimited opportunity — a peaceful, just and embracing, radical world.
