Mission
Radical Becoming, LLC catalyzes change toward equity, justice and belonging by empowering Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) leaders and allies to lead effectively, sustainably and with unapologetic authenticity.​​
​Our virtual community is dedicated to uplifting and celebrating the strengths each of us develops navigating multiple marginalized identities as BIPOC– not in spite of them – in the midst of pervasive oppressive structures and cultural norms.
Our authentic connections fortify our value, worth and humanity, so we embody courage and
thrive in our radical becoming.
